Could it be that you accidentally blocked the path from the mills to the storage building?

Hi,

There has been a temporary fix I found for this, just put your mills in sleep mode firing the peasants just standing around then reactivate the mill or just destroy the mill and replace it with another sacrificing resources.

its has to be a glitch at least I've had it happen twice now once with mills and once with some bakeries.

Basically if you lose peasents (eg they leave due to whatever) your building can stop working (as it doesn't have enough workers). However once more peasents arrive and go to work at the mill or bakery they don't saeem to restart working, you can see the workers at the mill but they don't do anything. I found that if I click on sleep for that building and then click on it again to start it working the peasents finally start working again.

hope this helps I only worked it out after econ mission 5 where I kept losing all my bread and couldn't work out why they weren't working even though they had peasents
