You will find the editor if you go to,
Computer/Local Disk/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/stronghold3/bin/win32_release
Talk about well hidden!

Ha, never noticed you could get to it through Steam. That's a bit faster, thanks. Creating a desktop shortcut didn't work for me.
