Warlord i play sh since the 1. one. I had my best years in this game with sh2 and shl i played in both games on the top lvl and i have also in rts games a big EXP. (C&C Starcraft Warcraft etc...) I know firefly do her best but just take a look what happend with sh2.

The game was full with bad bugs . The game came out 2006 and 2008 it was finally clean with hard bugs.

Legends has also very bad bugs (Gamecrash bug during a multiplayer game etc...) and no patch comming to keep the fun on playing sh legends.

Its looks like firefly is doing the same **** job like EA. They bring out a game support it a few months and then they do never anything anymore for the game and his community.

Thats why i of course test the alpha or beta of sh3 because i payed 50 euro for sh2 and l8ter for shl and both games where not compleat when they came out.

And i wont waste again 50 euro for a not ready made sh game what is full with bugs.

There are castles on a rock. A patrol with flares guarding through the darkness of the city.

You'll get those shots soon. Gamestar offers the previews and such few day, sometimes weeks, after their magazine is out (which is on Wednesday)

It's your fault if you do not wait and see in shl's case. After SH2 you should have known better, shouldn't you?

What about the militar units? Are they more detailed than the previous ones? ( Sh2 and SH legends). In your opinion, the graphic engine is the same seen in Settlers 7 or is it more realistic one ?

Actually the micromanagment issue sounds similar to what happend in Legends.I've played many RTS games EE,COH,SH2,SHL,Anno,Halo Wars,Divided Nation,AOE3,Rise & Fall....BUT having an acquired taste one game stands out most for potential Stronghold 2.SH2 had great gameplay like no other RTS game,it had pretty adequate tactical balance and was more in-depth to
medieval simulation.I never finished more than one or two games of SH and SHC none(lack of interest).When i was a SH2 newbie it was hard to remember all the gong, criminals, rats,but that is the harsh reality of medieval simulation.Not that micromanagement in SH2 was best,but that it has potential to be best. There's only one tiny shot of some patrol guys with torches and they look good, very good No blocky mess.

it's not comparable imho. Settlers looks fluid and colorful. This looks dirty, rainy etc. Just like Stronghold should lool like. SH3 doesn't have that comic look either.

I would say graphics-wise it's more like Dungeon Hero than Settlers actually.

And like I said before, those screenshots don't tell anything because the game looks better than this they said.

BTW what was meant by medieval simulation was not to specify game genre,but to specify simulation in any game genre.You may not be able to please everyone,but you may make more money if you try.I'm Still unsure about this game,maybe the developers will realize and throw in some goodies. SH2 gg.

Yay! More Stronghold 1, less stressful micromanagement that takes away your attention from the game.
Nice info, I can't wait 'til GameCon, hopefully we'll get a trailer and a nice presentation of all the features.

I can't decide which game I want more; Stronghold 3 or Portal 2.
