Well I am not in love with firefly, I am just out 50 bucks. Unless I get my money back or they some how fix this game I am just never going to buy any products with the word firefly on it. Personally I think we should have a class action law suit filed against them.

Bit over the top to be honest. They are working on it. See what they release today.

Not really over the top. More like hitting the nail on the head. If you like paying 50 dollars to beta test and bug report then you must be very happy with SH3.
If your expecting a miracle patch im afriad your going to be let down.

You want a class action law suit filed against them?? I still haven't bought the game! If you were aware that the game didn't have a beta stage and was rushed why did you buy it on day one, and if you did, then why didn't you just get a steam refund? If not you must have bought it knowing that there were problems with it. I always wait for a PC game to be out for at least a week. As more often these days they are released with big problems.

Yes i know the public closed beta that they took applications for was never held.
Sadly you are placing the blame on the consumers instead of where it actually belongs which is with FF/7Sixty games.
The reason the beta wasnt held is the same reason why no reviewable copies were sent out to print/online review sites when the game went gold. They didnt want the word out that the game was a joke lest it cost them future sales.
As far as i am concerned i have every SH title to date ive even bought some of them many times over but as far as SH3 is concerned i gotta refund weeks ago.
Five almost six patches in and the game is still filled with bugs that is when it even runs.
Anyway after todays patch please do us all a favor and go buy the game for 50 bucks and tell us your thoughts.

I'm not blaming the consumer at all. I agree that people have a right to complain after paying for something that effectively broken. And I'm the same as you with owning every SH game, Crusader and SH2 multiple times. (Actually sorry, apart from Legends, didn't appeal to me). So yes I'm just as much of a fan and as gutted as you. Which is why I have been holding back on buying it! If this patch does sort out the issues then yes, I will be picking up a copy!

Plus everyone keeps saying 50 bucks, i'm from UK and can get it for quite a bit cheaper than the steam price which is what i'm assuming is $50. Places such as Amazon etc. sell it for just over £20!

P.S On that note, where the hell is this damn patch?

Im assuming by PX you are speaking of a Military Exchange or PX for short.
You are right though nowhere on the box does it say anything about basically being a 50 dollar test. If you could i would definetely seek a refund.

Amazon here in the US has it for the same as steam which is 50 dollars. Best buy and Gamestop are both 50 as well.

I agree tho if this was patched up and brought to a playable level especially speaking about multiplayer i would run back to GS and repurchase a copy.
Im not holding my breath tho.
As far as the patch is concerned im betting its get pushed to tomorrow or later today.

Says on the home page that it's been sent to Steam. No longer in Firefly's hands.
