Firefly- I literally grew up with Stromghold. Ive played all of them. Unfortunately, when my gaming desktop was stolen, I bought a console instead of putting 2k towards a new high end machine. This means it has been about ten years since I've been involved in PC gaming. But I've always found a way to keep playing stronghold- fiddling with my laptop and the game settings so I could run the thing. Thats what you did with Stronghold 1 and Stronghold Crusader. I loved playing skirmish mode on crusader, in fact, the first time I have ever played Stronghold multiplayer was a few days ago. So if what I am hearing is true, and you arent going to add a skirmish mode, its a definite fact you will lose a lot of customers.

I know that the guys in charge probably told you you had to release before you wanted to. Happens a lot- look at Infinity Ward and Activision. But next time, push for some beta time, even if its only a week. Let the fans find the bugs for you. Fight for your community and they will reward you.

How is it fraud? Everything that is posted on the selling sites is in the game. The game works fairly well with a few minor glitches that I've run into that don't break the game, just make things annoying. The patch they released solved many (and most) of the major issues others have run into. All in all, I think they did a very good job with the game and look forward to seeing what they add in to it.

In retrospect to Stronghold 1 and Stronghold 2 which I purchased when they came out. Both games came out with similar problems and complaints. Stronghold 1 had actually quite a few game breaking problems, more than Stronghold 2 even, but were solved in the first couple patches.

The biggest problem I've seen that most of the complainers have is they expected the sun and stars and got the moon when all Firefly was offering was the sky and nothing beyond.

Lol thats funny you think i thought people would think i was fire fly, let alone madoff worked for them. One, i find humor in fire fly selling this garbage to everyone. Two, i was making a point that they just put it out early to get there money. This game is a slap in the face to everyone who bought it and a insult that they assumed we would accept it. It blows my mind people are defending this game. Yes i love the series but this is fraud.

That this game was even released and let alone has a 50 dollar price tag is an insult and a slap in the face to the customers that support them.
The game was thrown out the door with no regards/concerns for the paying customers satisfaction.
At this point im even doubting whether this title is even salvagable thru patching and dlc as yes the programmers competence is in question as well.
