Ok, so iv had this game for awhile and have installed it on a previous computer. But then I try to install it on my new computer ( win 7 64 bit if it matters), I put in the disk, press auto run, press update to extreme ( already have crusader installed) and during the step of preparing the install ( first step) i get an error that says
" an error [-5006 : 0x8000fff] has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and close other applications."
???
Ihave nothing else open. I would take a screen shot of this but I'm on my iPhone. Please help me out.
It's another program having the error (a program called Point) but what counts is that it is the same error happening to Installshield (the installation software).
