Hi i just baught the game i installed it, and it starts up then it comes black screen with the hand and you can here the sound " welcome to stronghold 3 " but then its black screen, i cant play , how do i get rid of it ive got a 2010 HP computer, 3gb ram 500gb harddrive its up to date its a fast pc and i dont understand why it doesnt work? so help please. windows 7

To get your Dxdiag file, you need to :
1. Click on Start.
2. Click Run
3. Type Dxdiag.
4. Click on Save All Information.
5. And Save the DxDiag.txt file somewhere you can locate it.
