you are totaly correct , i hope they make a new stronghold crusader , called crusader 2 !!! just the smame but better graphics and a bunch of new things !!!

game SUX!!!! just bout all of THEM! i only got it last wk, the set. and allready i can see ive wasted my $$$. i loved a game yrs ago called "lords of the realm" the graphics werent great, but the gaming was simple, build your castle, farms, industry, military stuff like that, you didnt have to worry bout "crime" but you had to put down rebelions,...similar now to the Total War games especially "empire total war". and then you can take over other lands. but this here? WTH?! cant even get 16 ppl working and popularity falls, crime and all that ****. i may play 15 to 20 min of a scenerio before i just want to unistall it from my PC. no walkthru's, cheats (not that i do), manual is PDF, so i cant really read the little booklet.== major waste of $.

Yeah, I liked the crime stuff too. Bring it back.
Also, let people build their houses wherever they want. If they have enough wood, I say let people build big houses far from keep or small houses close to keep.
This whole house/building near keep is really bothersome.

i tried again a few min ago on a free build economic map, to try and get the hang of it:

built my store room
built my granry
put 3 workers doing wood
put 1 worker on dairy/cheese
put 1 worker on apple farm
put 1 worker on guard duty
put 1 worker on falconer
put 1 worker on gong

built another house
put 3 workers on stone
put 1 worker on ox
put 2 workers on court/crime detail
added a treasury and market, then crime starts to rise, and popularity falls, my gongman did NOTHING but stay @ the gong place, while i had 3 peasents die of disease, all in a matter of 10 min. WTH?! can anyone give advice or not? cuz right now this game SUX A$$!
