First off, I started with SHC, the SH2, then legends,SHCE, and SH1 at the same time (bought the collection) I think it should stick with 3D, look at Kingdoms, from the few trailers, it seems it will be like a browser based SH1( I mean you they walk around and stuff) So that should satisfy all you people asking for 2D. I myself dont mind 2D, as the graps dont 'make' the game, its the gameplay and storyline that truly set your rating bar to 5 stars. I have friends who look at SHC and think 'wow, I'd rather kill myself', yet I myself enjoy it very much. Now back to suggestions. I totaly agree with Dr.Peabody. HIGHLY advance castle building would increase the already large community. Round walls would be fantastic. Every try building a Mote and Baily out of square walls? Bridges that expand over LAND, like the ones you build in SH2, but these would be dragable like the map editor ones. Infact, you could even use the same scripting (abit of editing) and models for this, just make it landcross-over-ing...ing.. >.> Also as he said, higher land heights. If not that. Higher camera heights so we can see more of the castle (and the tops of buildings on the highest land) Also, bring back drawbridges. I miss them from the others.
So short list:
Bridges OVER CANYONS (I think everyone can agree)
Drawbridges back.
Curve walls, like complete curve walls.
Higher camera view
3RD person-ish walkaround.
No boats to cross the sea(it'd be to much like AoE)
Bring back asking for supplies from allies, just make them not so damn greedy and actually get the stuff.
A sea port. (I love making these)
If you bring back any thing from SH2 i.e gong, rats, crime, JUST bring back crime, and make the system better.
If you make it like SHL, with different fractions,(Vlad, Arthur, Ice) Make there be more bridge types in the map editor( you got to have this, its the best part of the game!) like a dark, evil, scary looking one with heads on stakes on the sides and a nice good one with statues at the ends and maybe a like entrance thing with something like lattice at the ends over the bridge covered in flowers. More in my own topic.
Sorry for breaking rule #4
