Thanks falcon. When I used to moderate forums, no troll was allowed to live (virtually)! I'd quell flame wars before they started, all trolls ran in fear of my banhammer! haha

But seriously sirfisty, grow up. Find a mature way to express your emotions.

Nice! Maybe they should give you limited Mod powers to get that BanHammer out of storage. Might help the programers sort out the REAL problems from the whiners just looking for attention.

Thanks falcon, I doubt that would happen. New kid on the block becomes a mod? Sure, I've been forum watching for the longest time...but that doesn't matter.

Anyways, I am disappointed in Firefly. But, they are working to fix the game, and that's all I really care about. They aren't like Activision or EA who don't even try to fix bad games. At least not very hard.
Sure, they released earlier than they should have. That isn't the Dev's fault. The guys up at Infinity Ward got fired because they didn't do what Activision wanted. I know its not a perfect comparison because Firefly is small, but if the devs refused to release the game, some or all of them could have gotten canned. I have enough faith in Firefly to believe that was the case with this game, and that they didn't just decide to screw their fans over.

So, when you rip on these guys, telling them to just quit because no one is ever buying one of their games again, you are just attempting to destroy another PC developer whether you know it or not.
Ensemble Studios is gone guys, Civ5 sucked, Sierra... well I don't know whats up with Caeser4 because I can't play it on the laptop here, but my point is, eventually there isn't going to be anyone in the broad genre of castle sim/dark ages RTS left to make games if everyone scares them out of the business.

Bernie Madoff is not working on the programing team, Achilleslastand. Sirfistyass is posting false info and saying their a person they are not.

End of story.

Lol thats funny you think i thought people would think i was fire fly, let alone madoff worked for them. One, i find humor in fire fly selling this garbage to everyone. Two, i was making a point that they just put it out early to get there money. This game is a slap in the face to everyone who bought it and a insult that they assumed we would accept it. It blows my mind people are defending this game. Yes i love the series but this is fraud.
Signed the troll.

iam with him, hey something my have happend on there end but its a piece of **** that they gave us.

Meh you spent the $50, be patient and wait for the fix. Not much more you can do, crying about it looking for a volley of support won't help. Nor will attempting to create some sort of lawsuit action group as a few are trying. Give it time.

Um, you DID read the minimum system requirements BEFORE purchase, right?

"Video: 256 MB ATI HD2600 XT or better, 256 MB nVidia 7900 GS or better"

This usually means that most laptops will have problems unless they have a standard video card and not a mobile cut down version.

Excuse me? My laptop have following Specs:

Intel Core i7 2.2GHz Sandy Bridge Processor
8GB DDR3 RAM
1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon HD 6770 Extreme Graphics

With these specs i have, i never look at games' requirements!

My laptop have switchable graphics which means i can manually switch to Intel HD graphics OR ATI Radeon gaming graphics! Currently i am running on ATI graphics and all other games are working perfectly other than this!! THIS GAME THINKS THAT MY LAPTOP IS RUNNING ON INTEL HD GRAPHICS WHEREAS I AM RUNNING ON ATI GRAPHICS!!! I hope you're getting me?

Have you checked for an updated ATI driver and I've heard of this problem quite often with dual graphics configs, often it's a driver issue either on one card or the other. Usually it's the Intel side which tends to be junk in my opinion mostly because Intel tends to forget to support and update after they make their money.
