Bug found in the new game update.
During multiplayer, players who have max building limit and unit limits end up with "greyed-out" unit cards in the barracks. After casualties, the unit cards does not allow for recruits of new units. The effect does not wear out over time. Deleting barracks and armory does not reset the "greyed" unit cards what so ever.
This bug is game breaking and equally frustrating.
