Hi i have a Ati radeon mobility hd 4200 and it seems to run bad and look bad any help would be great.

on this card

Can you please check what the default graphic settings are? If they're on Low I recommend to keep them on low to avoid lags on Stronghold 3.

Yep all set to low the game does not lag it just has loads of small black triangles over the screen can still play the game but they are annoying to look at.

That sort of thing "usually" (but not always) indicates not enough dedicated graphic card RAM to handle the amount of polygons drawn on screen.
If you haven't already, try reducing screen resolution in game to the lowest level.
