i've been having trouble in map editor creating a custom scenario map, i have some land with no estate and evil ground, but whenever i start the game the land changes to be good, is there any way i can set the land to stay evil without having to crate an estate on that land

Nope. no way to do that. even all the missions have to use a stone circle. kinda dumb scene you set it. next question
