Seriously, if you can't play SH3 with that on atleast low settings, Firefly is screwed. You can probably play Crysis on low-medium with that pc.

A decent minimum specs for a modern RTS would be (I think):
2.4GHz dual-core
1GB ram (1.5GB for Vista/7)
6600GT or Ati equivalent (I'm not sure which that is, although I'm an ATI fan)

Keep in mind though that minimum specs have a hard time on low settings, so you want to be above that (GPU mostly). I hope that SH3 will be able to push recent machines near their limit, so we could have awesome graphics if we have a good pc.
