Can the resolution be set manually like by config file? trying to see the whole screen@ 800x600 but cant, other option is 1024x768 but still cant see the whole screen.Need resolution set to 1194x670 32bit colors and 50Hz

My Knowledge about it that it cant be changed to different resolution which you would want to.
