Hopfully they get these smaller patches out ASAP, as i've just came here after another Stronghold 3 crash..

Aside from showstopper bugs, the following are game stoppers:

1) Primitive camera with no tilt/pitch. Unacceptable by any standard.

2) Lack of Skirmish. Many if not majority don't give a rat's *** about the campaign. They see the real value in LAN/Multiplayer battles and Skirmish against AI for practice and fun.

3) Unbelievably small maps. Please do not justify this by referring to tetris paradigm or make believe that this is a good thing. It is NOT. It was a horrible design decision and FF needs to man up and admit and at least add option for those who want to play larger maps. Much larger maps. If this is a game engine limitation, shame on you. Enhance it!

I invested $50 and suffice to say you haven't earn $1 of it yet.

I am glad that I'm more cautious. Especially after the last Stronghold titles and the Firefly bugged games.

This time I have been waiting for the response in the forum. I've heard not to press and advertising. Because it's like politics.

Also in this title is once again not all gold that glitters.

I would probably buy the game from the bargain counter for 10 €. It is worth it, after five patches.

Determined now to come a few hard answers. But it is much cheaper and stress free to buy a "finished" game for 10 €.

if you don't add skirmish mode in singleplayer... uhmm... uhmmm... surely you go with your stubbornness in the hell

if you guys where listening to us and learning from youre many, MANY mistakes, then stronghold 3 wouldnt..... i dont even have words for how bad this game is. I didnt think that you could have a game more buggy and broken than SH2. guess they proved me wrong.

I had no doubt in my mind FF wasnt going to release patches. and tbh I say take your time

as for all of you complaining about the game the lesson here is never to be the first person on your block with a new game. There are very few titles that I actually will pre order and Stronghold is one of them, Idc about the bugs I am still enjoying the game despite them
