Help us fix the crashes. 1 Year, 5 Months ago  
We are still trying to track down crashes in the game but we need your help.

If you have a savegame that crashes while loading or soon after it loads then please Zip/Rar/7z it and email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it (4MB max). If you could also include a brief description of the crash and any other useful info (dxdiag would be handy) then that would be great too.

Dear Firefly,
I've already sent a mail with savegame, dxdiag and a lot of additional info. Should I send you more of that (cos I've a few mor savegames which cause freezes/crashes)? My wish would also be that you please respond to the mail I've sent- just a quick ack on its arrival won't hurt. (Otherwise U don't know if the mail went straight to /dev/null or not )

Btw- savegames are in your own documents folder in the folder Stronghold3.

Please feel free to send any crash/freeze or other bugs in save games to the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it email address.
Sorry about the lack of response, we do receive the emails and appreciate them, but we don't always have time to respond.

My game is crashing when it is saved or a fresh game.

I don't know how to AZip a saved game. Explain it to me and maybe I could send it.This happens on the economic campaign -a pilgrim road.Can't finish due to the crashes please help like the game.

Savegames are located in your own documents folder within the subdirectory Stronghold3.
Since such a save game file is rather large, you have to compress it with a program like 7zip.

Btw my save games often have problems to load- but that's because of the large size of the map and the amount of units (in free build) where SH3 seems to have difficulties to handle.
